1. Acceptance of the Usage Rules and Related Policies
By downloading, installing or running the Faalgrin Launcher; creating a Faalgrin Account; connecting to a Faalgrin Online Server; or using the Service, the User agrees to follow the current usage and community rules published at that time.
These Terms operate together with the Server Rules, Enforcement Policy, Security & Logging Policy, Community Guidelines, Virtual Economy Policy and other Faalgrin rules expressly linked to these Terms.
Where a more detailed rule covers the same subject, the more specific rule is used for that subject.
Rules may be updated for security, game balance, community order or system changes. Important changes may require renewed acceptance. New rules are not used to retroactively punish conduct that complied with the rules in effect at the time.
2. Parties, Scope and Definitions
These Terms govern the Faalgrin Launcher, Game Client, official server, account, API, community, administration and support services offered under Faalgrin Online or on Faalgrin's behalf.
Faalgrin / Faalgrin Online: the management and technical/operational structure operating the Service. User: a natural person who accesses the Service, creates an Account, uses the Game Client or connects to a Server.
Faalgrin Launcher: the official client application used for Server access, authentication, management of required game/client components, updates and connection workflows.
Account: the user record linked to identity, access permissions, characters, preferences and service records. Character: an in-game character associated with an Account. Virtual Asset: an item, in-game currency, equipment, statistic, reward, privilege or similar digital game record.
Community Services: official Discord spaces, support channels and community tools. Administrator / Moderator: a person granted privileged access by Faalgrin for defined duties; a role title does not create unlimited authority.
Logs: connection, session, gameplay event, transaction, security and administrative records. Security Systems: mechanisms such as authentication, authorization, anti-cheat, integrity control, abuse prevention, anomaly detection, rate limiting and audit logging.
3. Account, Eligibility and Security
The User is responsible for their Account and actions performed through it. Joining the official Faalgrin Discord server and satisfying required authentication/access conditions may be required; Discord membership alone does not create an unconditional right of access.
3.1 Account Ownership and Transfer
- An Account may only be used by its owner or a person expressly authorized by Faalgrin.
- Accounts may not be sold, rented, traded or transferred for payment or free of charge.
- Sharing or lending an Account to evade a ban or other sanction is prohibited.
3.2 Credential and Token Security
- Passwords, session/access/authentication/API tokens, recovery codes and similar secret values must not be shared with third parties.
- Where suspicious access is detected, Faalgrin may invalidate sessions/tokens, require re-verification and terminate active sessions.
3.3 Ban Evasion and Linked Accounts
Using a new Account, another person's Account, an alternative Discord identity or another technical identity to evade a sanction is prohibited. Where reasonably possible, account linkage will not be determined from a single IP address or device signal alone, but from multiple verifiable indicators and the surrounding context.
3.4 Privileged Accounts
Administrator/Moderator privileges are personal, non-transferable and limited to assigned duties. Sharing privileges, Accounts, sessions or tokens is prohibited. Faalgrin may apply least-privilege controls, role-based access control, stronger authentication and approval requirements for sensitive actions.
3.5 Account Recovery
Account recovery or ownership disputes may require verification proportionate to the risk. Unnecessary private data should not be requested; existing Account/Discord links, secure recovery methods and prior session indicators may be used.
4. Server Access, Technical Requirements and Updates
4.1 Supported Launcher, Client and Versions
The User must use a supported Faalgrin Launcher, Game Client, Skyrim version and required dependencies. Old, corrupted, unverifiable, security-risky or protocol-incompatible clients may be refused connection.
4.2 Mandatory Security Updates
Critical security, compatibility or integrity updates for the Faalgrin Launcher or Game Client may be mandatory. Access from a client that has not moved to a supported secure version may be restricted until the update is completed.
4.3 Integrity Verification
The Faalgrin Launcher and Security Systems may verify Launcher/Game Client versions, required game components and integrity status only to the extent necessary for Service security and operation. These checks are limited to what is needed for Service security and technical compatibility.
4.4 Maintenance and Emergencies
- Connections may be temporarily refused when a Server is full or under maintenance.
- Emergency restrictions may be applied without prior notice in response to DDoS, serious exploits, data-integrity risk or infrastructure threats.
- Where appropriate, only the affected feature may be disabled, a read-only/maintenance mode may be used, or a Server may be temporarily shut down entirely.
A technical security restriction is treated separately from disciplinary enforcement unless it is itself imposed as a sanction.
5. User Responsibilities
- Comply with these Terms and applicable Official Documents.
- Use the Service as intended and only within granted permissions.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to another Account, API, administration panel, backend, database or protected system.
- Do not intentionally disrupt Server performance, the economy, data integrity, game balance or other users' access.
- Do not exploit bugs, duplication methods or vulnerabilities for personal gain or harm; report them through the appropriate channel.
- Do not submit fabricated screenshots, manipulated logs or invented evidence in moderation or security processes.
5.1 Responsible Security Reporting
Going beyond the minimum necessary to confirm a vulnerability by accessing other users' data, changing data, establishing persistence, disrupting the Service or unnecessarily publishing exploit details is prohibited. Good-faith reporting does not create automatic immunity, but non-abusive reporting may be considered during enforcement review.
6. Prohibited Technical Conduct
6.1 Cheats and Unauthorized Automation
Cheats, trainers, bots, unauthorized macros/scripts, automated gameplay or tools providing unfair advantages outside normal game mechanics are prohibited.
6.2 Exploits, Duplication and Economy Abuse
Abusing exploits, synchronization/race bugs, duplication methods, unauthorized item/currency generation, repeated rewards or unexpected system behavior, or distributing, selling or organizing such methods, is prohibited.
6.3 Client/Memory/Process Manipulation
Memory editing, unauthorized DLL/code injection, hooking, process tampering and anti-cheat or integrity bypass are prohibited.
6.4 Network and Protocol Abuse
Packet injection/replay/modification, spoofing, unauthorized protocol emulation, intentionally sending false data to the Server or manipulating game/economy/authorization state through the network layer are prohibited.
6.5 Unauthorized Access and Service Disruption
Using stolen credentials, bypassing authentication/rate limits/access controls, attempting unauthorized access to admin panels/APIs/backends/databases, DoS/DDoS, request flooding and connection sabotage are prohibited.
6.6 Evasion Tools
Using a VPN, proxy or virtual machine is not a violation by itself; using such tools for ban evasion, rate-limit bypass, multi-account abuse or hiding an attack may be a violation. Intentionally falsifying security signals to bypass enforcement is prohibited.
7. Community Conduct, Content and Communications
7.1 Harassment, Threats and Targeted Abuse
- Persistent, severe or organized harassment, targeted humiliation, threats, blackmail, stalking and coordinated attacks are prohibited.
- Publishing or threatening to publish private/personal information for the purpose of causing harm is prohibited.
7.2 Hate and Discrimination
Hate speech, dehumanization, calls for violence or organized discrimination targeting race, ethnicity, nationality, religion/belief, sex, sexual orientation, disability or similar protected characteristics are prohibited.
7.3 Sexual, Graphic and Harmful Content
Non-consensual sexual content, sexual harassment/threats, sharing intimate imagery without permission, and any sexual exploitation or sexualization of children are strictly prohibited. Explicit pornography, extreme gore or content encouraging self-harm may be restricted in official community spaces.
7.4 Scams, Phishing and Impersonation
Scams, phishing, malicious links/files, fake rewards/payments, credential harvesting, impersonating staff/developers and fabricated official announcements are prohibited.
7.5 Spam, Provocation and Community Disruption
Spam, flooding, mass-mention abuse, message-bot flooding, repeated attempts to provoke conflict, organized incitement or repeating the same abusive message as a campaign may be restricted.
7.6 Generalized Insults Directed at Faalgrin
Even without naming a specific person, repeated profanity, severe degrading language, hostility campaigns or disruptive generalized attacks against Faalgrin as a whole, its community or its management in official Faalgrin spaces may be subject to enforcement.
Statements such as “I do not like this server,” “I think management made the wrong decision,” or “my ban was unfair” are not violations by themselves. The distinction between criticism and abuse considers language, repetition, context, target, intent to provoke and impact on community order.
7.7 Off-Platform Conduct
General discussion on Discord servers or platforms not operated by Faalgrin is not continuously monitored. Serious threats, doxxing, blackmail, stalking, impersonation, exploit/credential distribution, ban evasion or attack coordination with a clear and verifiable connection to Faalgrin may be considered for Service-access decisions.
7.8 Post-Sanction Retaliation
After a ban, mute or removal, repeatedly contacting staff, reporters or community members through alternative accounts/Discord/email, or organizing raids, brigading, mass false reports, doxxing, threats, fabricated evidence or attacks is prohibited and may be considered in future reinstatement or appeal decisions.
7.9 Confidentiality of Moderation Material
Personal data, private messages, internal moderation notes, security logs, token/session data, exploit details or other sensitive investigation material shared in a private appeal channel must not be distributed to unauthorized persons. This is not a general gag rule preventing a User from expressing general criticism about their own experience.
8. Virtual Assets and the In-Game Economy
Virtual Assets are digital game records within the Service and, unless expressly and lawfully stated otherwise, do not automatically create real-world ownership or a cash claim.
8.1 Real-Money Trading
Unless expressly permitted by Faalgrin, selling, buying or renting Accounts, Characters, items, currency or other Virtual Assets for money, crypto assets, gift cards or other real-world consideration is prohibited.
8.2 Illegitimate Assets
Assets created or obtained through exploits, duplication, admin abuse, compromised Accounts, data manipulation or technical errors may be removed, reversed or corrected.
8.3 Rollback and Data Recovery
Accounts, Characters, Servers or individual transactions may be rolled back in response to serious exploits, data corruption or economic-integrity incidents. Complete manual restoration of every item or progression state is not guaranteed.
8.4 Mistaken Grants and Innocent Third Parties
Assets granted through admin error or system error may be reversed. Where an innocent third party is affected, transfer history, good faith and verifiable records should be considered, and proportionate correction is preferred where possible.
9. Moderation, Enforcement and Privileged-Access Controls
9.1 Review Standard
Where reasonably possible, alleged violations are reviewed using the surrounding context, server-side records and more than one reliable category of evidence.
9.2 Interim Protective Measures
Before a final decision, account compromise, serious exploits, evidence-destruction risk or active security threats may justify session termination, access restrictions, freezing Virtual Assets, communication restrictions or suspending privileged roles.
9.3 Enforcement Actions
Warnings, feature restrictions, mute, kick, Account suspension, temporary/permanent bans, removal of privileged roles and reversal of unauthorized transactions/Virtual Assets may be used. These Terms do not prescribe fixed penalty periods; severity, impact, repetition, intent and risk are considered.
9.4 Administrator/Moderator Abuse of Privilege
- Unauthorized ban/kick/mute/teleport or item/currency/Character/inventory changes.
- Giving unfair advantages to oneself, friends or linked Accounts.
- Accessing user data, logs or administrative screens without a work-related need.
- Sharing Accounts, sessions, tokens or privileges.
- Deleting, altering or hiding logs/evidence, or creating fabricated records.
- Targeting a User because of personal hostility, concealing misconduct or leaking confidential information.
Privileged access may be suspended and sessions/tokens revoked while abuse is investigated. Confirmed abuse may result in permanent privilege removal, Account sanctions and reversal of unauthorized administrative actions where technically possible.
9.5 Conflict of Interest
Where an Administrator/Moderator has a personal dispute, close relationship or direct interest in a case, they should, except for emergency security action, allow another authorized role to make the final decision where reasonably possible.
9.6 Privileged Action Accountability
Sensitive actions such as ban, unban, kick, mute, teleport, item/currency grants and permission changes should be auditable, including the acting staff member, target, time and action type where practical. The role being audited should not be able to alter its own audit trail.
10. Logging, Monitoring, Audit and Evidence
Logging is limited to defined purposes such as Service operation, cybersecurity, cheat/fraud detection, debugging, economic integrity, moderation, incident response and dispute review. It does not create an unlimited surveillance right.
10.1 Operational Logs
Authentication/session, connection, server/game events, item/currency transfers, teleport events, errors, anti-cheat and integrity events may be recorded where necessary.
10.2 Administrative Audit
Ban, kick, mute, teleport, item/currency grants and privileged commands may be recorded in a separate administrative audit stream. These admin audit events do not have to be permanently stored in the primary database and may instead be delivered to a restricted Discord audit/log channel.
Data minimization applies to Discord audit messages. Passwords, full tokens and complete credential values are not logged.
10.3 Tamper Resistance and Evidence Quality
Critical audit events should, where feasible, be generated by a trusted component separate from the role being audited and protected against unauthorized deletion or modification. A screenshot or rumor alone is not guaranteed to be conclusive evidence; timestamps, Account identity, session/request correlation and server-side records may be considered together.
10.4 Record Retention
Records should not be kept longer than needed for their operational purpose. Relevant records may be kept until review is complete when there is an active security incident, appeal or serious abuse investigation.
11. Service and Rule Changes
Faalgrin may change the Service and related rules for security, compatibility, performance, user load, game balance, infrastructure or project-development needs.
Important rule changes are announced where practical. Continued access may require acceptance of the current rules.
12. Service Availability and Operational Risks
Faalgrin attempts to keep the Service operational, but maintenance, capacity limits, attacks, hosting/CDN/ISP failures, third-party outages or technical defects may cause temporary interruptions.
12.1 Backups and Restoration
A complete separately recoverable backup of every momentary game state is not guaranteed. Where rollback is required, the most reliable available server records are used.
12.2 Incident Response
During a serious incident, priorities are stopping the attack, cutting unauthorized access, protecting data integrity, preserving necessary security records and safely restoring the Service.
12.3 Individual Restoration
Manual restoration is not guaranteed for every lost item, Character state or progression record. Corrections may be made where they are technically verifiable and practical.
13. Suspension, Account Closure and End of Access
A User may request Account closure through an available official method. Access may be restricted temporarily or permanently for serious or repeated violations, fraud, ban evasion, serious security threats, cheat/exploit abuse or serious risk to Service integrity.
Access to Service-specific Characters and Virtual Assets may end when the Account is closed.
If a Server or Service is permanently closed, advance notice is given where practical. Serious post-ban harassment, doxxing, attack coordination, credential/exploit distribution or sanction evasion may be considered in future access reviews.
14. Faalgrin Content and Third-Party Materials
Faalgrin's original software, logo, website design, documents and project materials may not be republished as official Faalgrin material, impersonated as an official source or used to mislead users without permission.
Faalgrin Online is not an official project operated or endorsed by Bethesda Softworks or ZeniMax Media. The Elder Scrolls and Skyrim materials belong to their respective owners.
14.1 Game and Third-Party Files
Faalgrin does not provide ownership of Skyrim or other third-party games. Users must obtain required games through their own accounts and must not distribute unauthorized game files, paid assets or third-party content through Faalgrin.
14.2 Faalgrin Name and Impersonation
The Faalgrin name, logo or visual identity may not be used to impersonate an official administrator/developer account, create fake announcements, conduct phishing/scams or falsely imply Faalgrin approval.
14.3 Official Sharing of In-Game Images and Content
By connecting to a Faalgrin Online Server and participating in the Service, the User acknowledges that their Character, in-game username/character name, appearance, movements, in-game activities and interactions occurring in publicly visible game areas may appear in screenshots, videos or similar visual gameplay recordings created during normal gameplay.
Faalgrin may publish, repost and edit such in-game recordings through Faalgrin's official website, social media accounts, video channels, Discord spaces, announcements, update content, community posts and other materials used to promote or document Faalgrin Online.
This permission applies only to in-game content that is normally visible within the Service. The User's passwords, tokens, private messages, private support or appeal conversations, real-world identity information or other non-public personal data may not be published on the basis of this provision.
The User's appearance in an image or recording does not grant the User ownership of, or a right to payment from, the relevant Faalgrin post or publication. Faalgrin may nevertheless consider removal or privacy requests relating to specific content where reasonable and practicable.
15. Privacy and Data Use
Faalgrin may use technical Account, connection, gameplay, security and moderation data as needed to operate the Service, detect abuse and investigate problems.
Unnecessary personal information should not be collected, and existing records should be visible only to people who need them for their role. Administrator/Moderator status does not provide unlimited access to user data.
Passwords, full tokens and similar secret credential values should not be written to normal logs. Private user information and security records must not be shared for unrelated purposes.
Where Discord, hosting or similar external services are used, those services may create records in their own systems separately from Faalgrin systems.
16. Reports, Complaints and Appeals
Cheating, exploits, harassment, admin abuse, fraud, security incidents or other violations may be reported through an official reporting channel. Knowingly false reports, fabricated evidence, coordinated false complaints or abuse of the reporting system for harassment are prohibited.
16.1 Private Appeal Channel
Bans, suspensions, mutes, staff conduct or evidence disputes should first be handled through Faalgrin's official and, where possible, private support/appeal channel. Personal information, private messages, security logs, exploit details and investigation material must not be spread through the community.
Where practical, an appeal may be reviewed by an authorized person other than the original decision-maker. Emergency security restrictions may remain in effect until review is completed.
16.2 Post-Ban Safety Reports
Continuing threats, stalking, doxxing, raids, impersonation, credential leaks or exploit/attack coordination after a ban may be reported separately.
The private appeal channel does not prohibit a User from expressing general personal views about Faalgrin, but unauthorized distribution of sensitive material is evaluated separately.
17. Contact and Notices
Account problems, security reports, moderation appeals, claims about misuse of content and other support requests may be submitted through official support or communication channels made available by Faalgrin at the relevant time.
Service status, critical security changes, rule updates or Account actions may be communicated through the website, Discord, Account interface or other official channels.
18. General Rules
18.1 Rules Work Together
These Terms and related Faalgrin rules are considered together. If an incident relates to several rules, the full conduct and surrounding context may be reviewed.
18.2 Consistent Enforcement
The fact that no action was taken against a violation in the past does not make the same conduct automatically permitted in the future. Similar cases should be handled consistently where practical.
18.3 Language
The Turkish version is the primary rules text. English and Russian versions are translations provided for accessibility. If translations differ, the Turkish text is used.
18.4 After Account Closure
Closing an Account or receiving a ban does not automatically end review of earlier violations, security incidents or serious abusive conduct that continues after the ban.
18.5 Security Controls
Technical controls such as MFA, role separation, audit, backups and rate limiting may change over time and may be replaced with equivalent or stronger systems.
